resPrecast technical slabs for quicker, more efficient assembly

The use of technical floor slabs and walls in residential constructions offers numerous benefits. For bathroom floors and walls, for example, especially developed connections between pipes are integrated with the precast element, making on-site assembly quicker and more efficient.

For the Lehtikallio residential project in Vantaa, Finland, Parma manufactured 34 technical walls and 53 technical slabs that were precast in the factory to ensure optimum quality. The slabs and walls were then transported and assembled rapidly on-site, leading to project completion ahead of schedule.
