Description

Lyckan office building is located in the centre of Norrköping city in eastern Sweden. It has two underground parking floors, commercial space on the ground floor and five office floors. The building has a shape of a square block with a beautiful courtyard in the middle. The commercial and office spaces use TermoDeck floors taking care of a comfortable indoor environment all year round.

The building façade is unique and eye-catching. The facade elements consist of white concrete, deep-set windows, and factory-mounted solar shading discreetly mounted in the window’s upper edge. The ceiling is partly exposed, allowing the use of thermal mass.
