Description

Our subsidiary E-Betoonelement delivers precast solutions for a new residential area in Tallinn, combining quality and aesthetics: the prestigious Kalaranna District.

The residential area will consist of 12 buildings. The first two stages include constructing eight buildings with 240 apartments, an underground car park and commercial premises. Special considerations have been given to the aesthetic of the facades with external finishes alternating between natural stone, relief mould surface, wood, metal and paint. Walls and filigree slabs will be produced in the Harku factory, while columns, beams, hollow-core slabs and balconies will come from the Tamsalu factory.
