AITIIP Technology Center offers companies and researchers its infrastructures with the latest technology available and the most qualified staff to develop their products and develop innovative projects. Consolis Tecnyconta provided the precast beams and the facade elements of the AITIIP building. The complex of 9,000 square meters is located in Zaragoza. The facades were made with smooth grey panels that were painted with different shades of grey on site, giving them a different and more modern aesthetic.
The industrial unit was built by our client Inversiones Montepino, one of the most important Spanish logistics developers, for which we have delivered many projects and innovations, including the first Green Spine Line® products in Spain – a certified product line that will help our customers make a real difference in their journey towards CO2 neutrality.
