Consolis Group announces new Board of Directors for growth and sustainability
Consolis Group, a European leader in precast concrete solutions, has finalized the composition of its new board of directors. The newly appointed board members bring leading expertise from the construction industry and governance of industrial companies to guide the company in its next phase of strategic development.
“With these appointments, Consolis now has a strong and well-balanced board in place to support the execution of the company’s strategic roadmap for growth as the construction market evolves. Our focus remains on delivering high-quality, sustainable precast solutions and ensuring that our subsidiaries are well-positioned to meet growing local industry needs,” said Patrick Mathieu, Chairman of the Board.
Strengthened leadership and market positioning
Following a successful refinancing of Consolis Group in November 2024, which significantly reduced the company’s debt, the new shareholders have structured a board of directors that combines renowned executives from the construction industry with experienced directors in the governance of industrial companies. This composition ensures a strong foundation for the group’s continued development.
One of the board’s key priorities is the recruitment of a new CEO and CFO to lead Consolis Group. These strategic appointments will further strengthen the company as it navigates a challenging construction market in Western Europe. The board will support the new leadership in implementing a growth strategy that capitalizes on Consolis’ widely recognized technology and recent sustainability innovations, including the Green Spine Line®, a portfolio of low-carbon precast products, alongside other low-carbon solutions.
“The shareholders have strong confidence in Consolis’ capabilities. With its unique industrial footprint in Europe, the company is well-positioned to redefine its offerings and benefit from the construction market rebound in the coming years,” added Patrick Mathieu.
A solid foundation for long-term success
Operating in 17 countries, Consolis Group’s strategic roadmap is built on three key cornerstones:
- Sustainability leadership: Consolis continues to advance its Green Spine Line® solutions, reducing carbon emissions while maintaining high structural performance.
- Operational excellence: With a network of factories across Europe, Consolis is well-equipped to respond efficiently to local market demands.
- Financial stability: Following its successful financial transition, Consolis is in a solid position to continue investing in innovation and operational improvements.
