Consolis appoints Denis Van Roey as permanent Chief Financial Officer
Consolis Group is pleased to announce that Denis Van Roey has been appointed Chief Financial Officer on a permanent basis, effective 1 May 2025. He joined Consolis as Interim CFO in March and now continues in the role as a core member of the Executive Management Team.
Denis brings over 25 years of international experience in senior financial leadership roles across the manufacturing and industrial sectors. He has led global finance functions for groups such as Armacell, Faist Chemtec, and Vinventions, with a strong track record in financial performance, governance, and strategic transformation.
