Betonika signed the outstanding Danske Bank Global Service Centre office building project
Recently, Betonika Lithuania, Lithuanian subsidiary of Consolis, has signed one of the biggest projects of the year- sustainable office building in Vilnius central part.
Danske Bank Global Service Centre is already know to rent this office building. The office is only the first stage with the building of 12,000 m² and the parking for 470 cars in total. Architects of this building are Lithuanian and Danish studios. This office will be seeking for the BREEAM mark Very Good.
Most probably- about 1,000 employees will work in this office starting the 2017. This building is provided with most modern solutions in architecture and design, energy saving, environmental aspects. Important feature for Betonika – this project includes design in Tekla.
Betonika will be the only precast producer for this project including columns, beams, HCS, stairs and wall elements.
