A success achieved through collaboration

Project Hägerneholmsskolan was created in cooperation between CES Polska and Strängbetong, two entities of Consolis Group. CES Poland is the design office in Poland of Consolis Engineering Services (CES). CES companies, present in three countries, employs experienced designers who have a thorough knowledge of the design of high-performance precast concrete structures. Strängbetong is the leading company in precast concrete systems in Sweden. Strängbetong provides sustainable construction solutions for residential and non-residential construction, urban and rural planning and transportation infrastructure.

A functional and aesthetic building

Hägerneholmsskolan is a modern four-building school complex with an area of around 4,000 square meters made mainly in prefabricated reinforced concrete technology. The building consists of walls (both layered and ordinary), compressed hollow core slabs, bi-directional reinforced slabs, reinforced concrete stairs and a steel connector structure. The modern nature of the building and the solutions used in the project create an innovative object in terms of aesthetics and friendly use.

With its irregular pattern of different sized windows, the facade of the future Hägerneholms School has a special design. The layout has been designed to let a lot of light into the building. It also allows the children, even the smallest, to see and be seen. Hägerneholms School has a brick facade that is both durable and maintenance free.
