Kino Cinema Aurich

Description

DW Systembau delivers the precast concrete slabs for a new cinema in Aurich, Germany.

Inaugurated in November 2017, the Kino Cinema is Aurich’s new multiplex cinema. The building has six modern screening rooms with seats for 1100 people. With its 302 seats, the main auditorium is the largest hall of the five other Kino movie theatres that operate in Germany.

DW Systembau, Consolis’ German subsidiary, delivered the hollow-core slabs to build the cinema’s floors. More specifically, the DW Systembau’s team supplied nearly 300 sq.m. of Type A20B and A40B slabs in July 2017. The longest slab reaches a length of 13.85 meters and weighs around 7.6 tons.
