In collaboration with a local developer TTP, E-Betoonelement has already designed and is in the process of producing and assembling 14-storey residential buildings in a recently developed residential area. Two buildings have already been completed and construction work on the third is currently under way. An agreement has been signed to commence building of a fourth high-rise building as well as a carpark in the Pöörise residential area.
Aare Pärna, AS E-Betoonelement Sales Director comments “We have been able to offer a high-quality global solution to our client TTP, with their order for design, manufacture and assembly of precast elements for this project. Overall project management has been very smooth with rapid, efficient collaboration between departments, and our experts have managed to resolve all issues that arose, keeping the interests of the customer in mind.”
E-Betoonelement will assemble the third element house at the beginning of December, the car park by the end of March 2017 and the fourth apartment building in April 2017.
“We are really satisfied with our collaboration with TTP, because the project was managed efficiently and the overall result is excellent, our cooperation has produced well-needed, quality housing that is both aesthetic and functional“ continued Aare Pärna.
Feedback from the cutstomer was very positive. AS TTP’s Construction Director, Herki Narusk comments after the completion of the first two buildings: “I consider quality to be the most important, and the advantage of choosing E-Betoonelement was that they offered the best price/quality ratio. Our long-term cooperation with E-Betoonelement has been very positive for both parties.”
Herki Narusk continues “Rapid construction time is crucial when building multi-storey buildings, and housing using precast elements can be assembled very quickly. The external finishing is already complete on precast elements, which means that there is no need for scaffolding or for installation of insulation after assembly. In addition, the panels are smooth on the inside so do not require a thick layer of plaster. Overall this is a complex service offering design, manufacture and assembly which is the best option for the customer.”
