Out of 4 finalists, Frederiksberg Allé 41 was chosen as the winner as the winner of the 2022 MIPIM Award in the Best Mixed-Use Development category.
On one of the most significant historic avenues in the Danish capital, Frederiksberg Allé, new houses are being built for the first time in years. Consolis has contributed to the project by delivering hollow core slabs which constitutes the floors of the building.
The building is the first of its kind in Copenhagen: Combining a food court with a culture house and a residential complex that is built on top of a metro station, making it a new social and cultural focal point in the city. The project is developed by Union Udvikling/NRE Denmark.
