Consolis Tecnyconta acquires IBP to strengthen innovation and sustainability in precast concrete
Consolis Tecnyconta, the Spanish subsidiary of the European precast concrete leader Consolis Group, has acquired IBP, expanding its presence in northern and central Spain and strengthening its capacity to deliver industrialized and sustainable precast solutions.
Founded in 2017, IBP operates its main production plant in Fresnillo de Dueñas (Burgos), with offices in Zaragoza and Madrid. The company is recognized for the quality of its solutions, reliable delivery performance and a highly qualified technical team. With this acquisition, nearly 200 specialized professionals will join Consolis Tecnyconta.
The integration of IBP supports the further development of Tecnyconta’s specialized solutions for sectors such as logistics, data centers and residential construction. These include TecnyData®, focused on data center construction; TecnyHome, dedicated to industrialized residential construction; and its sustainable precast concrete line Green Spine Line®, all developed from the company’s innovation hub TecnyHUB.
